I love reading your comments! Blogger only lets me respond to you via the comments. So, if you ask a question, I will respond in the comments of that same post. It is not the best system, but it is what I've got!
My husband and co-conspirator on the much linked to Megaman hat. He is the house expert when it comes to all things with electrical cords/chargers and/or anything that requires configuring. When I first met Paul he was a smoker and a vegetarian. Now he is a non-smoker who enjoys eating smoked meat from his BBQ smoker. If you are really lucky, he will invite you to his Meat Meet Supper Club.
Cast of Characters: Tchazo
Our Weimaraner whom we have had since he was a puppy. Paul got him when we were first dating (2002), so he often claims Tchazo as his dog when Jack has done something unpleasant. Tchazo loves life, especially the parts that include eating, smelling, sunbathing, playing and cuddling on the bed. Tchazo can often be found using Jack’s bum as a pillow. Also, he is smart and, if you come over, he will likely trick you into scratching his butt.
Cast of Characters: Jack
I adopted Jack at about the same time Paul bought Tchazo, but since Tchazo was young and needed to stay with his mom for a few more weeks, Jack came into our house first. For a while, he HATED Tchazo. Now they are Family. Jack is a little crazy in the head and we have learned to live with it. His favorite things include licking the floor, lying under the couch and gazing at me longingly. Jack is physically incapable of wagging his tail whilst being petted. I like to think it is because he is soaking up the love so intensely that it requires his full concentration.
Cast of Characters: Fanny
Fanny is the most recent addition to our family. We have had her since the beginning of 2008. She is a polydactyl cat with amazingly fluffy and soft fur. When we met Fanny at the shelter in Boston, we thought she was a small, adult cat. She had been found in an abandoned building and brought to the shelter. The shelter named her Faneuil after Faneuil Hall. It turns out that she was an older kitten, because when we brought her home and fed her, she kept getting bigger and bigger and fluffier and fluffier. We changed her name to Fanny because it makes for a lot of entertaining variations. And, yes, we know what Fanny means in British slang.
