Vacation Intermission - Pumpkin Molasses Muffins

Sorry folks. I am taking a blogging break for the weekend. However, in lieu of a vacation post, I would like to recommend this Pumpkin Muffin recipe. Make it with kefir in place of the buttermilk, if you've got it coming out of your ears like I do. I think the kefir lends a bit of tartness and certainly yields a moist result. The pumpkin and molasses comes through wonderfully in this sweet muffin that isn't too sweet.
