Ingenue

The pace of knitting has slowed down quite a bit this week. It is amazing how much time a full-time job consumes! And, when everything is so new it makes my brain tired. By the time I get home I have enough energy left to walk the dogs, eat dinner and stare into space until getting ready for bed. Exciting times!

Before I went back to work I cranked out a few small projects. Here is one of them:

This is the Ingenue Hat made from leftover yarn from this sweater. The yarn is Classic Elite Countess.

The hat is knit flat and then seamed up the back. I don't love the obviousness of the seam, but I liked everything else about the construction.
