Japanese Breakfast Burrito

Project 365: Day 344
March 13, 2010

Yesterday was a busy day. I went to an energy workshop in the morning, came home for a meal with Doug, ran errands, and then went to Missy's house for a party in the evening. I enjoyed every bit of the day, including the part where Doug made us a Japanese version of a breakfast burrito. I don't think he calls it a breakfast burrito but that is what it resembles in my mind. It consisted of the followings layers: brown rice, eggs with onions and garlic, steamed spinach, Bragg's, toasted sesame seeds and, if you are feeling daring, you can add sriracha sauce. All of the layers are rolled in a sheet of Nori. Tasty!
