Project 365: Day 238
Paul McScrooge was kind enough to accompany me to Mother Earth Gardens today to buy my very first Christmas tree as an adult. Because we have a fairly small house, I went with a tall and narrow Balsam Fir tree. We have it all set up in the house waiting for my mom and sister to come over for a tree trimming party. I am glad that I was able to buy my tree from a local, independent business that sells locally grown trees from a company that plants 3 trees for every 1 that is sold. It is a win-win for everyone. Plus, our house smells so good!
