Knit One Below Scarf

I have started knitting with a group of people at my work. They gather every other week and work on projects to be donated. I joined fairly recently, but have been able to work up a few things to donate. The first of which is an Inside-Out Scarf. This pattern was published in Knit One Below by Elise Duvekot. They were giving out the pattern as a freebie at the Knit Out.

It was written to be used with a Noro type of yarn. I also like how it looks with two solids. I am not a big fan of how the edge looks. The next time I knit this, I think I will play with the edges in attempts to make them less messy looking.

I really enjoyed learning the knit one below technique and hope to get the book so I can play with it in the context of other shapes. It was totally one of those Aha! moments when I figured out what was happening to make it look the way it does.
