Knock-Around

Finished! And, it has been given the thumbs up from Picky Paul!

The pattern is the Unisex Knock-Around Cashmere Pullover by Teva Durham from the book Weekend Knitting. I used 8 skeins of Brown Sheep - Lamb's Pride Bulky in the color M-08 Wild Oak.

Shoulder

Side Seam

There were a few choices on how to seam the sweater. I opted for picking up and knitting stitches along the edges and then grafting them together. The technique made the side look a little funky but the few extra inches make it the right amount of roominess for Paul.

Paul wanted the sleeves to be really long so I added an extra panel to the end of the sleeves.

I'm hoping this sweater keeps him warm during our return to Minnesota winters! This thing is so thick, it will require some pretty cold days for Paul to put this on.
